Shannon Reynolds is a County Commissioner with over 30 years of experience working with public and private organizations nationally and internationally. He holds multiple certifications, including New Mexico Edge Certified Public Official, Certified County Commissioner, Certified County Supervisor, and Certified Advocate for Public Ethics. He serves as Chair of the Spaceport America Regional Spaceport District and as Chairman of the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority, with active roles on several New Mexico boards. His background includes leadership in technology and partnerships, having driven revenue growth at EMC and IBM and teaching technical classes across five countries. Shannon has a rich history of volunteer work with organizations like Boy Scouts, SCORE, and YMCA.
